By booking a Need 4 Speed dating and single event you are registering your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions. You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms & conditions.
The Need 4 Speed has the right to cancel an event within 24 hours and will only do so due to low ticket sales, all money will be refunded within 24 hours. The Need 4 Speed does not refund tickets or transfer tickets should you change your mind.
The Need 4 Speed reserves the right to invite media to attend (including photograph and interview) events. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you agree that The Need 4 Speed will not be held responsible or accountable for the use of any media footage or coverage Released by the media.
As a registered participant of a Need 4 Speed event you understand that we offer an opportunity to meet new people but we do not guarantee that any participant will successfully match with another participant. The Need 4 Speed also does not guarantee that any successful match between two participants at one of our events will lead to a successful date subsequently or relationship.
By registering to attend a Need 4 Speed Speed Dating event you understand that The Need 4 Speed is not a match making service and does not screen its participents for criminal records, marriage and age. The Need 4 speed will not give out any personal information or details to any participants (other than email addresses when a perfect match is established from an event). The Need 4 Speed reccomends acting with caution with any participants after and outside any events. It is reccomended you dont give out any phone numbers or personal information for safety reasons.
By registering with The Need 4 Speed you agree that neither The Need 4 Speed or its associates are liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may arise from partaking in any of our speed dating services. This includes any damages, without limitation, arising out of communicating with other participants registered with The Need 4 Speed. Such damages include, without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury, death and or emotional distress and discomfort.
By registering to attend a Need 4 Speed Speed Dating event you agree that The Need 4 Speed is not responsible for any incident, injury, accident, theft, or damages before after or during an event. The Need 4 Speed always reccomends keeping personal belongings safe whilst attending all events.
The Need 4 Speed has a secure online banking system (PAYPAL) and will not be made liable for any hackers, or loss of funds or computer virus threats to software and operating systems.
We will not use any personal information for marketing and all supplied information is kept private.
The need 4 speed reserves the right to cancel an event at short notice but will only do so due to short numbers. In the event of this happening all moneys will be refunded within 24 hours and all ticket holders will be informed immediately.
Payments and Refunds:
The need 4 speed does not and will not transfer or refund tickets. Please choose your purchase carefully.
Sexual encounters events:
In the event of our sexual encounters nights The Need 4 Speed reserves the right to only allow over 21 year old adults. If in doubt on the night you will be asked for ID by venue staff and if found under the age limit you will dismissed without a refund from the event instantly.
By Registering for a Sexual encounters speed dating event you understand that The Need 4 Speed is not responsible for anything that happens before after or during the event.
The Need 4 Speed is also not responsible for screening of couples or singles with STD's or virus's or other diseases. We do not promote public mischief and are simply a meeting point for sexually like minded people.
The Need 4 Speed has the right to dismiss you from the event instantly if you are harassing another partisipant, acting in an offessive way or making others feel uncomfortable.
